Job summary

The North Face in Denver is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for Women’s Apparel to lead the strategy and line architecture across Women’s and Performance categories. You’ll partner with regional teams to deliver consumer-driven assortments that reflect brand vision.

You will manage line plans, drive seasonal direction, and guide a team of merchandisers through milestones while collaborating with global partners. A strong background in apparel and retail math is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of merchandising, product management, or related field; apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of outdoor apparel products and consumer trends.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail math, financial metrics, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own seasonal merchandising strategy and line architecture for Women’s Apparel (+ Performance).
• Lead regional product expertise for Women’s Performance Apparel.
• Drive assortment plans and line plans across milestones with global and regional teams.
• Prepare and present materials for line reviews and milestone meetings.
