Horizontal Talent is seeking a merchandising leader for Women’s Apparel to shape seasonal assortment strategy across the Americas. You will own full-price merchandising, line architecture, and collaborate with global and regional teams to drive consumer-right product decisions in a fast-moving retail environment.

The role requires 6+ years in merchandising, strong apparel background, and proficiency in retail math, profitability analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in merchandising, product management, or a related field.
• Background in apparel merchandising strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math, financial metrics, and profitability analysis.
• Ability to interpret data, manage line plans, and maintain accuracy across multiple seasonal milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-price merchandising strategy for Women’s Apparel across ecommerce and full-price stores in the Americas region.
• Own seasonal line architecture and assortment planning, ensuring alignment with regional goals, brand direction, and financial objectives.
• Serve as the regional product expert for Women’s Apparel and help guide category decisions throughout the season.
• Build and refine assortment plans, reconcile line plans with channel plans, and support key milestone checkpoints.
• Analyze product performance, identify assortment gaps or redundancies, and recommend actions to strengthen the business.
