The North Face in Denver seeks a Senior Design Manager for Men’s Tops & Bottoms. You will lead the design expression, guiding a team to deliver best-in-class products with a distinctive point of view that connects brand vision to consumer needs.

You will mentor designers, drive seasonal research, and ensure high-quality design output across the category, collaborating with Merchandising, Product, and Development to meet deadlines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in athletic/outdoor/sportswear design, Men’s Tops & Bottoms.
• Creative direction experience, mentoring designers and elevating output.
• Strong product acumen with development processes: design, development, sourcing, manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead design expression for Men’s Tops & Bottoms, align with brand vision.
• Present design work to senior audiences with clarity and impact.
• Provide mentorship to designers and elevate team output.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain creative direction from concept to commercialization.
