Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Designer – Women’s Apparel to join the team in Denver. You will support the Women’s Apparel Design Team on seasonal product design and execute the seasonal vision for performance and lifestyle lines, collaborating with cross-functional partners and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in apparel design, strong knowledge of design, development, sourcing and manufacturing processes, and proficient Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design, preferably with focus on women’s apparel.
• Strong product acumen with knowledge of apparel development processes including design, development, sourcing and manufacturing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; good sketching and tech-pack skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Women’s Apparel Design Team on seasonal design work and creative vision.
• Design and develop products for Snow/Climb/Trail and lifestyle lines in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct seasonal research, present design work at gates, and contribute to design reviews.
