Job summary

VF Corp. in Denver seeks a Manager of Merchandising for Women’s Apparel + Performance at The North Face. You will lead the Women’s Apparel strategy and own performance categories, shaping consumer-right assortments aligned with brand vision.

You will collaborate with Global and regional teams, drive regional plans, and mentor a team of merchandisers through milestones while analyzing financials and trends to meet financial objectives. Location: Denver; competitive incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of merchandising, product management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of outdoor apparel products and consumer trends.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage line plans across milestones.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own seasonal merchandising strategy and line architecture for Women’s Apparel (+ Performance).
• Act as regional product expert for Women’s Performance Apparel.
• Lead team of Women’s Apparel merchants through seasonal strategy execution and milestones.
• Drive regional assortment plans and reconcile line plans with channel merchandising plans at key milestones.
• Develop and rank franchise strategies and optimize assortments based on performance data.
• Lead marketplace research to inform seasonal direction and opportunities.
• Maintain and update line plans throughout the season and adhere to calendar milestones.
• Gather and analyze financials, forecasting, and regional insights to influence seasonal planning.
