Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Designer – Women’s Apparel to join the Denver design team. You’ll support seasonal design work, craft product concepts for snow, climb, trail and lifestyle lines, and contribute to the brand’s creative vision with cross-functional partners.

You bring 4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop with sharp tech-pack creation abilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design, preferably with high focus on women’s apparel.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong tech-pack creation skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Women’s Apparel Design Team to elevate design expression and seasonal product design.
• Support creation and execution of seasonal design work and creative vision.
• Work on products built for Snow/Climb/Trail and lifestyle lines; handle seasonal research and design deliverables.
• Present design work at seasonal gates and incorporate feedback.
• Understand brand aesthetic, materials, fit, and cost engineering for both performance lead and performance inspired products.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

4+ years in performance and lifestyle apparel design
