Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an MEP Coordinator to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems coordination for construction projects. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems and provide expertise through design, construction, and commissioning phases.

The role requires strong communication skills, detail-oriented review of designs, and on-site collaboration with contractors.

Qualifications

• AS degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience in MEP coordination with complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design, construction and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with industry standards and regulatory compliance for MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with project teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration for construction projects.
• Review MEP designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with standards.
• Manage communication between project teams and MEP subcontractors.
• Monitor installation progress and address technical issues promptly.
• Ensure MEP systems meet performance and safety requirements.
• Assist in commissioning and testing of MEP systems post-installation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of MEP processes, changes, and updates.
