Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Systems/MEP Manager to drive successful project completion by overseeing design review, coordination, submittals, field inspections, testing, and commissioning of Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and all critical MEP systems. You will lead on-site MEP coordination, manage submittals, and develop schedules, while promoting safety and a diverse, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical, or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in construction and managing MEP trades.
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, drawings, submittals, field inspections, and commissioning.
• Experience working on large-scale construction with MEP leadership to align teams to achieve results.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven people leader fostering diverse talent in an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and tracking per contract documents.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with project field supervision.
• Review field installation and testing & commissioning efforts.
• Advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
