Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee Systems/MEP trades from design review through testing and commissioning on active projects in Charlotte, NC. You will lead 3D coordination meetings, manage submittals and procurement, monitor field coordination, review documents for constructability and code compliance, and coordinate schedule with field supervision.

• Ability to review drawings for constructability and code compliance.
• Proven track record leading field coordination and submittal review.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Systems/MEP trade 3D coordination meetings.
• Monitor and guide Systems/MEP trade coordination on site.
• Manage Systems/MEP coordinated drawing submittals per contract documents.
• Manage Systems/MEP trade material submittals per contract documents.
• Manage material tracking and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Systems/MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review field installation.
• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Manage testing and commissioning efforts.
• Review and advise on requisitions and contract changes.
• Handle close out document delivery.
• Encourage and participate in staff training and development.
