Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to drive end-to-end MEP delivery on major projects. You will lead 3D coordination, manage submittals, and oversee field activities on site to ensure code compliance and optimal performance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, risk mitigation, and proactive stakeholder management while upholding Clark’s safety standards and excellence. Expect active site presence and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related discipline OR 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades, experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Experience leading teams and working within MEP design review, drawing supervision, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.
• Experience with large-scale construction and MEP trade coordination to align teams toward results.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven leader who develops diverse talent and fosters a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review field installation and testing/commissioning efforts.
• Advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Oversee close-out document delivery and staff training.
• Identify and recruit top industry talent and build professional relationships.
