Austin Commercial, a leading North Texas construction firm, is seeking an MEP Superintendent II for the North Texas Division. You will oversee mechanical and electrical trades, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on project sites in Dallas.

The role requires a BS in construction management or engineering, 8+ years of field experience, and OSHA 30. You will lead teams, review drawings, manage shop drawings, and help drive on-time project delivery

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science or engineering preferred; high school diploma with experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience, including direct supervisory and MEP experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required.
• Proficient with reading plans and specs.
• Ability to build and manage high performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP coordination and supervise field operations on North Texas projects.
• Review drawings and ensure constructability and code compliance.
• Attend meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors; outline work and schedules.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings between subs to reduce design errors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion; manage pay requests and change orders.
