Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent II to provide overall direction on MEP-dominant projects. This role leads construction activities, coordinates with engineers and project managers, and implements Mortenson's safety program across site operations.

The candidate will supervise crews, mentor site staff, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and logistics are effectively managed on medium to large projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years trade experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with safety focus.
• Supervisory experience in Mechanical or Electrical contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections align with schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage labor, equipment, tools, and site resources.
• Review drawings for constructability and contribute to planning sessions.
