Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of engineering/architectural training.
• Minimum 6 years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building methods, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trades on ME systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and owners on field issues.
• Maintain daily MEPS progress records and oversee inspections.
