Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial builds, coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The role oversees safety, budgets, schedules, and field teams to deliver quality on time and within the project plan.

You will manage crews of 20+, liaise with clients and inspectors, review drawings, lead daily look-aheads, and ensure compliance with codes and company policies. Travel to multiple sites may be required.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience as a Superintendent or equivalent
• Able to supervise large crews (20+)
• Experience with man hour and job cost reports
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Willing to report to multiple job sites as needed

Mansioni

• Oversee commercial construction projects as Superintendent and supervise field foremen
• Provide guidance on budgeting and scheduling; forecast what is needed to complete phases
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction at each project stage
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and inspectors
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to meet drawings and schedules
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies on site
