Job summary

Henderson Scott US is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead on-site supervision of MEP construction in ground-up projects in New York City. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, lead BIM coordination efforts, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in MEP/ground-up builds, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore, and a strong understanding of NYC codes and base building integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5+ years in ground-up construction with MEP focus.
• Experience with BIM coordination and field coordination on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MEP construction supervision, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Lead jobsite meetings with foremen and coordinate MEP trades.
• Assess changes and coordination issues; manage schedule and budget.
• Lead BIM coordination efforts and review procurement packages.
• Create scopes of work and supervise permits with authorities.
