AMPAM is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead multifamily and commercial construction projects in Southern California. You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, mentor teams, manage budgets, and strengthen client relationships.

The final title and compensation will be based on your background. Opportunities include PM and Senior PM levels, with ownership and scope to influence outcomes while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience managing plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or MEP construction projects.
• Experience delivering multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience leading project teams and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, billing, cash flow.
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers.
• Lead contract administration and change management.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and coordinators.
• Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, engineering, and field ops.
• Champion safety and continuous improvement.
