Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our MEP Building Technology Team in Atlanta, GA. This role provides strategic and technical leadership for integrated electrical solutions across project lifecycles, coordinating with clients and external partners.

You will guide engineering standards, design reviews, and manufacturing readiness, while mentoring a team of engineers in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical engineering or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Experience with mission critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver reliable electrical systems.
• Develop engineering standards and review deliverables.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Drive risk management across schedule, procurement, and constructability.
• Ensure design solutions optimize fabrication and lifecycle maintenance.
