• Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders for projects.
• Coordinate with site management, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules, plan phasing, and logistics with the project team.
• Mentor and develop a strong project delivery team.
• Ensure timely client communication and project milestones.
