Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Senior Field Coordinator to join our Building Technology team on projects in Indianapolis, IN, Mooresville, IN, and Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

You will oversee trade partners, support QA/QC, help develop schedules, review punch lists, and assist commissioning from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Ability to manage workforce requirements and monitor project progress.
• Experience managing complex MEP infrastructure projects (data centers, airports, or similar).
• Strong ability to manage client and design-partner relationships while supervising trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors for quality and compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitor QA/QC programs, and support energy control and safety programs.
• Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support startup and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
