Job summary

Holder Construction, a leader in the construction industry, seeks an MEP Senior Field Coordinator for projects in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time, in-person role requires strong oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing sophisticated MEP systems, exceptional client relationship skills, and a commitment to quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Ability to understand workforce requirements and troubleshoot field issues.
• Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and ensure quality compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules and monitoring QA/QC programs.
• Maintain punch lists and support start-up and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through close-out.
