Qualifications

• Proficient in project change order management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management and stakeholders on project issues.
• Manages change orders and estimates the impact of project changes.
• Procures equipment and materials; hires subcontractors.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans

Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products

Education

Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
