Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of MEP project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proficiency with construction management software and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of MEP installation and integration across the project lifecycle.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to understand MEP requirements and goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP project schedule and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless integration.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure cost-effective execution within schedule.
