Actalent is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Commissioning Manager to oversee planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover of high-profile construction projects across healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP project/commissioning roles
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Life Safety
• Experience with commissioning, startup, turnover, and MEP coordination
• Healthcare/pharma/semiconductor/manufacturing/commercial construction experience
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
• OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP construction, commissioning, and turnover activities from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and controls installation and startup
• Coordinate commissioning activities, testing, and owner turnover
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and equipment procurement
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safe practices
