Actalent in Brookfield, CT is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Commissioning Manager to oversee planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover of high-profile healthcare, pharma, semiconductor, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination, manage MEP installation and startup, coordinate commissioning activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in MEP project/commissioning management.
• Experience with healthcare or mission-critical facilities.
• Familiar with startup, turnover, and MEP coordination.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Oversee MEP construction, commissioning, and turnover from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Oversee installation and startup of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, testing, and owner turnover.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Manage change orders, documentation, and closeout packages.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
