DPR Construction in Charlotte, NC seeks an executive-level leader to oversee MEP preconstruction across multiple large projects. You will guide estimating, budgeting, and constructability planning for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, aligning with client goals and project delivery.

You will mentor senior estimators, set standards, and collaborate with operations, design and trade partners to optimize cost, schedule, and value while championing prefabrication on strategic pursuits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years in MEP preconstruction, estimating, or project leadership.
• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Certifications: none required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple MEP preconstruction teams across estimating, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Direct strategic estimating and cost modeling for MEP systems.
• Collaborate with clients, design, operations, and trade partners to optimize constructability and energy performance.
• Oversee standards, databases, and benchmarking tools for MEP preconstruction.
• Mentor and develop MEP preconstruction managers and senior estimators.
