Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in MEP systems on construction projects.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for MEP project delivery.
• Oversee staffing, planning, and execution across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop MEP project teams.
• Collaborate with clients, design partners, and trade partners to resolve issues.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to improve delivery.
