Job summary
ecc-job-board seeks a Senior Manager or Director of MEP Operations & Business Development to lead growth of our MEP-focused industrial construction business in the United States. This role targets someone with an established U.S.
network among owners, EPCs, developers, and industry partners to integrate MEP delivery with strategic development. You will shape licensing, delivery models, and partnerships (including joint ventures) while guiding preconstruction and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years in industrial General Contractor with U.S. network among owners/EPCs/partners.
- Experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, or public-sector projects in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and opportunity leadership for MEP-focused projects.
- Define MEP delivery strategy and licensing considerations.
- Structure partnerships, JVs, and subcontracting to meet licensing and capacity.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Construction teams.
- Report to executives on pipeline, licensing, and growth opportunities.
- Travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
