Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of related field experience.
• Supervisory experience on large projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Protect Gilbane and owner from cost, quality, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and MEP staff to understand project needs.
• Oversee MEP-GMP preparation.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan.
• Lead the MEP discipline and staff on multiple complex projects.
• Identify staffing needs and assess staff skill levels.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Interpret and translate organizational strategy to team goals.
• Partner with business development to integrate sales strategies across projects.
