The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Mechanical MEP Manager for mission-critical data center construction. You will lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems across the full project lifecycle, guiding cross-functional teams to shape design scope and align cost, schedule, and constructability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; construction management mix preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing MEP construction on large-scale data center projects.
• 10+ years reading and interpreting drawings, specs, contracts.
• 10+ years of HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing in mission-critical environments.
• 7+ years with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls across the full project lifecycle.
• Influence design scope and align cost, schedule, and constructability during design/preconstruction.
• Foster safety, accountability, and high performance across cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with clients and partners to solve problems and deliver results.
• Collaborate with trade partners and craft labor in fast-paced projects.
