Job summary

Confidential – Top 10 ENR General Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction, overseeing mechanical, electrical and plumbing work from preconstruction through commissioning.

This role focuses on managing schedules, budgets and subcontractors, coordinating with owners, consultants and commissioning teams, and delivering safe, high‑quality facilities across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience managing MEP packages on large commercial or mission critical projects.
• Experience delivering data centers or other highly technical facilities preferred.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP aspects of large-scale data center construction project.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and forecasting relating to MEP scope.
• Work closely with owners, consultants, commissioning teams and design partners.
• Review construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs and submittals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure all installations meet project specifications.
• Support commissioning, systems turnover and final project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide leadership to field teams and mentor junior project engineers.
