Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant MEP Manager for a large data center project near Alexandria, LA. You will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology systems, guiding design through closeout and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role requires a history of progressive MEP experience, a relevant degree (LEED a plus), and strong collaboration with clients, subs, and design teams to deliver a cost-effective,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field required.
LEED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Champion safety culture and IIF efforts on site.
Communicate and reinforce IIF workplace tenets.
Ensure adherence to processes supporting IIF culture.
Comply with safety requirements and policies.
Provide direction to ensure timely, quality results.
Collaborate with clients, agencies, and subcontractors.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate MEP work and design progress.
