Accenture Construct seeks a senior cost estimator to lead the preparation of complete cost estimates for major building projects onsite in the United States. You will report to the PMO Program Controls Manager and Chief Estimator and oversee bid evaluation, cost containment and proposals.

The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field, plus 10 years of experience in construction cost estimation and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of recent experience in complete cost estimates for major building construction.
• Experience supervising others and evaluating bids, quotes and change orders.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prepare construction cost estimates from drawings, outlines and specs.
• Evaluate pricing documents, bids, change orders and value engineering reports for accuracy.
• Produce fair estimates for extra work and cost proposals to contractors.
