Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction cost estimating or project management experience.
• Strong experience estimating Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes.
• Ability to prepare detailed, line-item estimates and manage project budgets.
• Experience with cost forecasting, cost analysis, and value engineering.
• Ability to evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing for labor and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-disciplinary estimates across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes from pre-construction through completion.
• Prepare detailed, line-item estimates and support budget management.
• Contribute to cost forecasting, cost analysis, and value engineering.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
