Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator in Phoenix, AZ to develop detailed estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective, constructible, and high‑performing solutions on a diverse project portfolio. You will analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents, identify gaps, benchmark costs, and support VE and design‑assist initiatives while

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in estimating, with focus on MEP systems.
• Experience with subcontractor estimating is beneficial; GC or hybrid experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to present budgets clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive estimates and budgets for MEP scopes across diverse projects (data centers, healthcare, manufacturing).
• Analyze drawings and specs to identify scope gaps and constructible solutions.
• Collaborate with subs and internal teams to benchmark costs and support VE and design‑assist efforts.
• Mentor teammates in MEP estimating best practices and tools.
• Manage multiple bids and deliverables under tight deadlines with accuracy.
