Job summary

Stratus® seeks a Principal Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership and oversight for multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams on complex projects, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

The role requires a PE license with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 10–15 years of design experience, including at least 7 years in building systems MEP design, along with proven mentorship of junior engineers. Benefits include hybrid work and comprehensive insurance.
