HireReady Partners is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical design for complex MEP projects in Austin, TX. The role acts as the primary technically-focused contact across disciplines, ensuring timely, high-quality results while aligning with client expectations.

The candidate will provide project leadership from design through construction administration, applying advanced engineering concepts and code compliance. This is a hands-on role with no direct personnel management.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university and 6+ years engineering experience; 8–10 years preferred.
• Master's degree plus 5+ years experience; 7–9+ years with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas required.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design and analysis for diverse project types, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Develop plans, specs and cost estimates per codes and standards.
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget for small to mid-size projects.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact for assigned projects.
• Support QA/QC and ensure compliance with firm standards.
