Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for hyperscale data centers nationwide. The MEP Manager will serve as the technical authority for all MEP scopes, ensuring on-schedule delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and uptime requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 5+ years managing MEP on large projects, with BIM/VDC, Procore, and BIM 360

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years managing MEP on large projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Procore and BIM360 experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, contractors, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and uptime requirements.
• Drive BIM-based coordination and commissioning support, and ensure quality and safety standards.
