Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Sr. Construction Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems for our data center projects.

You will own scope, schedule, quality, safety alignment, and commissioning across buildings, guiding MEP teams and coordinating with CSA/BTM leads and engineers on-site in Sparks, NV. The role requires 12+ years of owner/operator or well‑seasoned GC leadership in MEP delivery, with a proven track record of commissioning and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction management experience with a focus on in-building MEP delivery
• Proven track record leading MEP delivery and commissioning on large-scale projects
• Advanced proficiency interpreting complex MEP designs and governing multi-level commissioning (L1–L5)

Responsibilities

• Own MEP execution and hold GC/MEP partners accountable for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing scopes across buildings
• Protect milestones, manage MEP critical path, and ensure schedule quality
• Coordinate MEP rough-in, systems integration, and energization sequencing with other senior CM leads
• Lead MEP progress evaluations, owner inspections, and sign-offs feeding the Director's authority
