Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Sr. Construction Manager (MEP) to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems delivery for data center buildings. You will own scope, schedule, quality, safety and commissioning readiness, reporting to the Director of Construction.

You will manage MEP discipline leads and coordinate with CSA and BTM/Substation teams, ensuring alignment with the campus program and budget. This is a senior, on-site role requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction management experience with focus on in-building MEP delivery.
• Experience leading MEP delivery and commissioning on large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Advanced proficiency interpreting complex MEP designs and multi-level commissioning (L1–L5).
• Experience leading direct reports (e.g., Construction Managers) on complex systems scopes.

Responsibilities

• Own MEP execution across building(s); ensure scope, schedule, quality and safety.
• Protect critical path and escalate risks before they impact the program.
• Coordinate MEP rough-in, systems integration and energization sequencing.
• Lead MEP progress evaluations, owner inspections and milestone sign-offs.
• Forecast MEP budget and manage procurement and change orders.
