Job summary

McGough is seeking an MEP/Cx Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems on complex construction projects. You’ll provide hands‑on technical leadership from design through handover, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations, while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Lead constructability reviews and interdisciplinary coordination during planning.
• 5+ years in MEP design, facility management/operations, or construction management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, controls, and specialty systems.
• Experience with complex projects such as mission critical facilities or hospitals.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of all MEP subcontractors and specialty trade partners.
• Review drawings and specs for compliance and constructability.
• Develop technical scopes of work and procurement strategies.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; drive value engineering and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
