Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a seasoned MEP/CX Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on complex construction projects.

You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery, while maintaining schedule, budget and quality requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in MEP engineering design, facility operations, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of all MEP subcontractors and specialty trades during construction.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, substitutions, and change management per contract documents.
• Review technical submittals to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for MEP scopes.
• Develop procurement strategies and recovery schedules; mentor project staff.
