Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

This role works closely with superintendents, estimators, safety personnel, field leadership, and local unions to manage manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics while representing the company with owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in union mechanical construction.
• Proven leadership with strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and support estimating/preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Represent the company in meetings with owners, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, safety, and productivity with field teams.
• Oversee site operations, including shutdowns, outages, and service work.
• Manage RFI's, submittals, change orders, permits, and closeout docs.
