Job summary

DeBra‑Kuempel is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You’ll ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance while liaising with owners, contractors, vendors, and field leadership.

You will manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, supervise field crews, oversee documentation and kickoffs, and drive productivity and cost control in a dynamic union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of recent experience in field operations, project execution, and workforce management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in construction management and estimating software; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the company representative in meetings with owners, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment; manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee field operations, site visits, and supervision of field crews.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits and closeout docs.
• Lead project startup activities, kickoff meetings, and weekly progress meetings.
