Crusoe invites an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for advanced infrastructure projects in Abilene, Texas. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple sites while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of field MEP experience, strong code knowledge, and hands-on project management with Procore or Primavera.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in large-scale MEP/base building projects.
• Expertise with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Procore or Primavera in project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subs to meet specs and schedules.
• Ensure MEP systems are installed on time and within budget per codes.
• Perform inspections of materials, equipment, and deliveries for compliance.
• Develop and implement detailed execution plans and schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing/commissioning.
• Travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites.
