Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination on data center projects in Abilene, TX or San Antonio, TX. You will oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data center construction, CSA/MEP experience, and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction/MEP management experience on data center projects.
• Strong coordination between multiple disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural).
• Experience with CSA/MEP construction management required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Review MEP drawings, specs, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor on-site installation and commissioning for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Manage contractors and vendors to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Lead QA/QC, site inspections, and coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and turnover to operations.
