Qualifications

• Ability to juggle schedules, budgets, and details simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore/Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities for direct hires and subs.
• Ensure MEP systems are installed on time and within budget.
• Perform inspections of materials and deliveries for compliance.
• Develop execution plans with detailed schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate quality control, testing, and commissioning efforts.
• Travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites.
