Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center MEP Project Manager to lead field-based delivery of electrical and/or mechanical systems for hyperscale data center construction in Abilene/Shackelford, Texas. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teams to ensure on-time, on-spec, and safe project execution.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration, risk management, and commissioning readiness, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data center, hyperscale, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Direct experience supporting MEP construction on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with electrical MEP systems such as medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and related systems.
• Mechanical background with data center MEP experience including cooling, piping, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based project management support for MEP systems on hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Monitor execution of MEP scope with construction teams, developers, QA/QC oversight, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate review of RFIs, submittals, changes, and field directives to maintain schedule and budget.
• Lead QA/QC readiness, punch-list, and commissioning activities to ensure turnover readiness.
• Maintain clear status updates with Oracle stakeholders on risks, issues, and milestones.
