Crusoe is seeking an MEP Construction Manager in Texas to lead on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple projects. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in construction management.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
• Ensure MEP systems are installed on time and within budget.
• Perform inspections of materials and equipment.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning efforts.
• Travel up to 50% to oversee multiple project sites.
