Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Senior Construction Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for mega-scale data center buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time turnover. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will oversee MEP teams, coordinate with CSA/BTM/Substation, and enforce high-availability standards across complex campus projects.

Applicants should have 12+ years of owner/operator or GC leadership in large data centers and be on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical owner-side leadership experience.
• 12+ years of CM experience focused on in-building MEP delivery for large-scale, fast-tracked projects.
• Owner/operator or GC leadership experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own MEP delivery and governance across assigned buildings, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with CSA/BTM/Substation/BESS and lead cross-discipline integration.
• Lead and develop direct reports (Construction Managers) and manage subcontractor performance.
• Oversee commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful handover.
