Job summary

Davenport Management & Consulting is seeking a seasoned MEP Construction Manager for a full-time contract role (approx. 24 months). You will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring schedule adherence, cost control, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in construction/engineering fields.
• Minimum five years as a MEP Site Superintendent or similar role.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and BAS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency with project management procedures to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Manage scope, costs, resources and risks for assigned projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead on‑site execution teams and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal partners.
